Abstract
The purpose of this survey research is to identify the mechanism that leads to harmony and unity within a family by investigating the generational gap expressed within the family, the primary collective, and by studying how this leads to conflict or the breakup of the family, or resolves itself through self propelled mechanisms. To allow positive analysis of the similarities and differences of values between different generations the questionnaire includes contents such as individual values and attitude, family values, lifestyle and value system, job and social activities.
