The 「Survey on Industrial Relations and Professional Ethics in Korea 」was conducted to investigate the newly forming work ethics of Koreans and to provide the necessary data for the establishment of industrial relations befitting current realities. The survey was conducted among laborers, managers, trade union officials, and labor administrators and this survey was conducted among laborers. The questionnaire is composed of contents including values on ethics, corporate profit seeking and social responsibility, the three rights of laborers, industrial relations, government intervention during labor-management disputes, ethical management, occupational view, view on society, level of job satisfaction, satisfaction with given duties, relationship between small businesses and large corporations, disparity in wealth, wage increase, and job stress.
