Abstract
이 조사는 DMB 기능 휴대전화에 대한 잠재적 이용자의 수용행태와 그 영향요인 규명을 위한 연구 자료를 수집하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사대상은 DMB 휴대전화를 사용하지 않는 15세 이상 인구이며, DMB 서비스 이용이 가능한 수도권 거주자로 한정하였다. 주요 조사내용은 DMB 휴대전화 사용에 따른 사회적, 경제적 및 정책적 고려요인과 수용태도에 관한 것들로 인지도와 관심도, 유용성과 편의성 인식, 사회적 규범과 온·오프라인 공동체 영향 인식, 비용지각, 시장성에 대한 인식, 정책에 대한 기대, 수용자의 혁신태도, 이용의사 등으로 구성되어 있다.
