Abstract
이 조사는 신바람 조직문화에 관한 연구의 일환으로 조직구성원의 신바람 선행요인과 신바람 효과성 분석에 필요한 자료를 수집하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 일반적으로 조직몰입도가 높은 것으로 알려진 연구개발직 근로자와 예술·디자인직 종사자 230명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 설문지는 직무자율성, 변혁적 리더십, 성취동기, 집단주의 성향, 신바람 감정, 신바람 행동, 업무성과, 혁신적 행동, 팀몰입 등을 측정하는 문항들로 구성되어 있다.
