Abstract
이 조사는 한국행정연구원 사회조사센터가 국가 주요 정책현안의 문제점을 파악하고 향후 정책 방향에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 매월 전문가 집단을 대상으로 시행하는 의견조사이다. 이 자료는 2011년 제2차 조사에서 수집된 것으로 현재 우리나라 지방자치단체의 재정수준을 진단하고 재정건전성을 제고하는 방안을 모색하기 위해 실시하였다. 조사는 지방재정 관련 학계 전문가를 대상으로 수행되었으며, 조사의 내용은 지방재정운영 수준에 대한 의견과 지방재정 운영의 문제점과 그 원인, 지방재정 건전성 제고를 위한 제도 개선방안 등을 포함하고 있다.
