Abstract
이 조사는 2008년 공공기관 선진화 계획 이후 달라진 노사관계 및 인사관리 양상을 파악하고 공공기관 노사관계 수준이 인사관리 방식에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 공공기관의 구성원들을 대상으로 시행한 것이다. 설문지는 노사관계 수준, 인사관리 방식, 노사관계와 인사관리의 상호관계 등에 관한 문항들로 구성되어 있다.
