Abstract
이 조사는 한국행정연구원이 정부조직의 성과 향상을 목적으로 도입된 개방형 임용제도의 효과를 평가하고 동 제도의 성과 향상 방안을 모색하고자 공무원을 대상으로 실시한 의견조사이다. 주요 조사내용은 개방형 임용제도 전반에 대한 인식, 조직문화에 대한 평가, 개방형 임용제도의 운영에 대한 평가, 성과평가와 보상에 대한 평가, 업무환경에 대한 평가, 동기부여와 역량에 대한 평가, 개방형 임용제도의 문제점에 대한 의견 등이다.
