Abstract
이 조사는 한국행정연구원이 정부의 내부고객, 즉 공무원이 정부조직에 대해 가지고 있는 이미지를 파악하고, 조직이미지가 구성원의 직무태도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 16개 중앙행정기관 공무원을 대상으로 시행한 것이다. 주요 조사내용은 정부와 소속부처에 대한 차원(민주성, 효율성, 윤리성)별 이미지, 정부와 소속부처에 대한 신뢰, 직무만족, 조직몰입 등이다.
