이 조사는 부산여성가족개발원이 운영하는 성평등교육 전문강사 양성과정의 개선방안을 모색하고자 동 개발원의 위촉강사들과 부산지역 성평등교육기관의 전문강사들을 대상으로 시행한 것이다. 이 자료는 성평등교육기관 전문강사들로부터 수집된 것으로 교육과정별 교과목 수요, 강사관리 개선방안, 교육과정 개선방안 등의 내용을 포함하고 있다.
