Abstract
이 조사는 여성가족부의 주관 하에 시행된 2005년 성별영향평가사업의 실효성을 점검하고 제도적 정착방안을 모색하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 동 사업에 참여한 공무원을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 수집된 자료는 성별영향평가사업의 수행조건과 수행전략에 관한 연구에 이용되었다. 주요 조사내용은 성별영향평가 업무비중, 성인지정책 인지여부, 성별영향평가 관련 교육경험, 성평등 정책에 대한 태도, 사업 수행환경과 추진절차, 사업 애로점과 개선사항 등이다.
