Human Resource Accounting is a system that aids the decision making process of the stakeholders by objectively measuring and evaluating the value of intangible assets including human resources and reflecting it in accounting, and recently government agencies and corporations in Korea are also appraising its introduction to improve competitiveness. This survey was conducted among human resource as well as labor-management relations managers and executives to examine the state of human resource management. The questionnaire asks the human resources and labor-management relations managers questions on management index, state of worker composition, educational training and qualification system, professionals, research and development and intellectual property rights, informationization, and customer management. Executives were asked questions on attitude towards human resource accounting.
