Abstract
The subjects of this research survey were the employers and managers of the manufacturing companies employing foreign workers who were the subjects of the 「Survey on Foreign workers in Korea (A1-1996-0001)」. The purpose of this survey is to understand issues in managing foreign workers, evaluation of labor productivity, and policy demands regarding employment of foreign workers. The questionnaire contains the following: reason for hiring foreign worker, management system of foreign workers, management difficulties, evaluation of policy on foreign workers, and the evaluation of current foreign employees.
