Abstract
This survey was conducted to investigate improvement measures for utilizing online communication services by examining the use of HiTEL and promoting the study of the relationship between using HiTEL and the improvement in the quality of life. The questionnaire includes contents on attitude towards online communications, evaluation of HiTEL DB, changes in the quality of life from using DB, paid DB service, status of public DB and educational DB usage.
