Abstract
이 연구에서는 교통사범 외면의 현황 및 감면정책에 대한 일반인의 의식조사를 통하여 보다 효과적인 감면권 행사의 방법, 대상, 범위 등을 모색해 보고자 한 것이다. 먼저 교통사범 감면정책에 대한 국내의 현황을 살펴 보고, 외국의 동향에 대해 파악해 보았다. 다음으로 교통사범 감면정책에 대한 인식조사는 일반인(비운전자), 운전자(자가용/영업용 운전자/수강명령대상자)를 대상으로 이루어졌다.
