Abstract

This is the domestic survey of a 4 year international and domestic survey conducted by the Korean Migration Research Network: KMRN to analyze the current state of domestic and overseas Korean corporations’ utilization of foreign workers. The targets of this survey were the CEOs or heads of the domestic manufacturing companies which have hired foreign workers from China, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia, and is composed of contents including company characteristics, reason for hiring foreign workers, problems that arose from hiring foreign workers, and the evaluation of the productivity of foreign workers.
