Abstract
이 조사는 부산여성가족개발원이 부산지역 보건업에 종사하는 여성들의 근로 현황을 파악하여 근로 환경 개선 과제를 도출하고, 경력 단절을 방지하기 위한 정책 수립의 기초자료를 마련하고자 실시한 것이다. 자료는 의사, 수의사, 약사를 제외한 보건의료직, 보건의료 관리자, 요양보호사, 간병인으로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 근로현황, 경력현황, 일·가정 양립, 감정노동 등이다.
