Abstract
이 조사는 부산여성가족개발원이 부산지역 여성관리자의 근로환경과 조직문화 등을 조사함으로써 여성관리직 진출에 대한 장애요인과 기회요인을 분석하고, 향후 부산지역의 여성관리직 진출을 확대하기 위한 정책 방안을 마련하는 데 필요한 기초자료를 수집하고자 실시한 것이다. 자료수집은 부산지역 소재 사업체에 소속되어 있는 여성관리직과 인사담당자를 대상으로 각각 실시되었다.
이 자료는 여성관리직으로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 근로실태 및 경력기대, 여성인력 활용에 대한 조직문화, 경력개발 및 교육훈련 경험, 여성인력 활용 확대를 위한 정책 수요 등이다.
