Abstract
이 조사는 서울시여성가족재단이 서울시 30인 미만 사업장 내 성희롱 발생 및 대응 실태와 특성을 파악하여 직장 내 성희롱 예방을 위한 정책 방안을 수립하는 데 필요한 기초자료를 구축하고, 소규모 사업장의 성희롱 대응 역량을 강화할 수 있는 방안을 마련하고자 실시한 것이다. 자료는 서울시 소재 30인 미만 사업장에 근무하는 만 15세 이상 64세 이하의 종사자와 사업주, 그리고 인사담당자로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 사업장 정보, 근무환경, 성희롱 피해 경험 및 대응 방법, 직장 내 성희롱에 대한 인식 등이다. 특히, 설문지에 사업주와 인사담당자를 대상으로 성희롱 사건처리를 위한 고충처리상담 전문교육 이수 경험과 직장 내 성희롱 사건처리 대처 경험 등을 묻는 개별 문항이 포함되어 있다.
