Abstract
이 조사는 한국산업정보연구소가 공공기관 내 장애인 근로자의 고용과정에서의 차별 경험을 파악하고, 공공기관 내 비장애인 근로자의 장애인 고용에 대한 인식을 조사함으로써 공공기관의 장애인 고용차별에 대한 개선방안을 마련하는 데 필요한 기초자료를 수집하고자 국가인권위원회의 의뢰를 받아 실시한 것이다. 자료수집은 장애인 근로자와 비장애인 근로자를 대상으로 각각 이뤄졌다.
이 자료는 중앙행정기관, 지방자치단체, 공공기관에서 근무하는 비장애인 근로자로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 고용현황, 장애관련 근무 경험, 장애인에 대한 인식, 장애인 고용차별에 대한 인식, 장애인차별금지법에 대한 인식 등이다.
