Abstract
이 조사는 서울시여성가족재단이 서울시 공무원을 대상으로 성주류화 제도 및 양성평등정책에 대한 인식을 파악하여 성별영향평가, 성인지예산제 등 성주류화 제도 추진 개선안을 마련하고자 실시한 것이다. 자료는 서울시 본청과 사업소에 소속되어 있는 공무원으로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 평등 및 차별 전반에 대한 인식, 양성평등정책에 대한 인식, 성인지 및 성주류화 제도에 대한 인식, 성주류화 제도 수행 경험 등이다.
