Abstract
이 조사는 서울시여성가족재단이 코로나19 이후 급속히 확대된 재택근무 실태를 파악함으로써 재택근무제가 급변하는 환경 대응에 용이한 근무형태로 활용될 수 있는지 그 가능성과 한계를 확인하고, 향후 재택근무제의 원활한 운영을 지원하는 정책 방안을 제안하고자 실시한 것이다. 자료는 서울시 소재 300명 미만 사업장에 근무하는 20대 이상 40대 이하인 임금노동자 중 2020년 2월 이후 3개월 이상의 재택근무 경험이 있으며, 2022년 3월 말 기준으로 최근 3개월간 월평균 4회 이상 재택근무를 한 자를 대상으로 수집되었다. 주요 조사내용은 재택근무 현황 및 업무특성, 재택근무 시 인사관리 및 회사의 지원, 재택근무 시 업무 환경, 재택근무 평가 및 전망 등이다.
