Abstract
이 조사는 한국행정연구원이 중앙행정기관 공무원을 대상으로 정부의 정원관리 및 인력계획에 대한 현황과 인식을 파악함으로써 향후 정부 정원관리의 개선방안을 도출하고자 시행한 것이다. 이 자료는 43개 중앙행정기관에서 조직 및 인사 업무를 담당하는 공무원으로부터 수집됐으며, 주요 조사내용은 정부 규모에 대한 인식, 정원관리 및 인력계획에 대한 인식, 공무원 정원산정에 대한 인식, 정부의 정원산정 기준으로서 가장 중요한 가치, 우리나라에 가장 적합한 정원관리 방식, 정원관리 관련 제도에 대한 인식, 정원관리 운영에 대한 인식, 소요정원 및 수시정원 요청, 검토과정에 대한 문제점 등이다.
