Abstract
이 조사는 한국행정연구원이 중앙행정기관 공무원을 대상으로 행정관리역량평가 운영 현황과 제도 효과성에 대한 인식을 파악하고, 이를 통해 효율적인 제도 개선 방안을 모색하고자 시행한 것이다. 자료는 43개의 중앙행정기관 평가담당 및 고유사업담당 공무원으로부터 수집됐으며, 설문지의 일부 문항은 응답자 업무 유형에 따라 다르게 구성돼 있다. 주요 조사내용은 요소별 조직역량 수준 평가, 최근 사업 및 정책성과 수준, 행정관리역량평가 세부지표 평가, 행정관리역량평가 평가요소 평가, 행정관리역량평가 평가지표 유용성 평가, 행정관리역량 강화를 위한 평가지표 유용성 평가 등이다.
