Abstract
이 조사는 한국행정연구원이 중앙행정기관의 공무원을 대상으로 현행 성과측정 매뉴얼에 대한 평가를 파악함으로써 정부업무평가의 타당성을 높이기 위한 성과측정 매뉴얼을 개발하는 데 필요한 기초자료를 수집하고자 시행한 것이다. 이 자료는 43개의 중앙행정기관에서 성과관리 업무를 담당하거나 지원업무 및 고유사업을 담당하는 공무원으로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 성과측정 매뉴얼 및 지침에 대한 인지도와 활용 수준, 성과측정 매뉴얼 및 지침의 유용성 평가, 성과측정 역설 현상에 대한 의견, 성과측정 역설 현상의 개선방안에 대한 의견 등이다.
