Abstract
이 조사는 한국행정연구원이 현직 공무원을 대상으로 역대 정부에서 추진된 조직개편에 대한 경험과 인식을 파악하여 향후 행정환경 변화에 따른 효율적인 조직개편 방안을 제시하고자 시행한 것이다. 자료는 중앙행정기관에서 총괄부서 또는 일반부서에서 근무하고 있는 공무원으로부터 수집되었으며, 주요 조사내용은 정부의 조직개편에 대한 인식, 정부의 조직개편의 목적, 정부의 조직개편 구현 정도, 정부의 조직개편 적응 정도, 정부의 조직개편의 효과, 정부의 조직개편의 성공요인 등이다.
