Abstract
이 조사는 한국행정연구원이 중앙정부 성과관리 프로세스의 운영실태와 인식을 파악하여 기존 프로세스의 문제점을 진단하고 그 개선방안을 도출하고자 중앙행정기관의 성과관리 담당 공무원과 공공부문 성과관리 전문가를 대상으로 시행한 것이다. 조사내용은 중앙정부 성과관리 프로세스 전반에 대한 의견, 중앙정부 성과관리 프로세스 단계별 의견, 제도도입 초기 대비 중앙정부 성과관리 프로세스에 대한 공무원의 인식 개선 정도로 구성된다.
