제주지역은 타 지역에 비해 고용률은 높으나 구인-구직 미스매치가 심함
일자리 창출의 주체인 사업체의 여성 인력 수요를 파악하고자 함
'제주지역산업'에 속하는 사업체 대상으로 설문조사와 심층면접을 실시하였고, 이는 설문조사 자료이다.
