Abstract
한국행정연구원은 정부업무 분야의 특성과 차이를 반영할 수 있는 분야별 성과지표 개선연구를 중장기 과제로 선정하고 2017년부터 매년 시행하고 있다. 그 첫 번째로 경제분야 성과지표의 활용실태 및 관련 인식에 대해 공무원과 전문가의 의견을 조사하였다.
이 자료는 중앙행정기관에서 성과관리 업무수행 경험이 있는 공무원으로부터 수집된 것으로, 소속부서의 평가지표 개발 및 관리, 정량지표와 정성지표, 투입/과정/산출/결과지표, 성과지표 유형 활용, 대외비 필요성, 분야별 성과관리의 필요성, 성과지표 목표치의 설정, 소속기관의 성과평가 담당 부서와 평가역량 등에 관한 내용을 포함하고 있다.
