Abstract
이 조사는 북한이탈주민의 남한생활 적응과 신변보호제도로 인한 인권침해 실태를 파악하여 신변보호제도의 개선방안을 마련하기 위해 인하대학교가 국가인권위원회의 지원을 받아 수행한 것이다.
이 자료는 북한을 벗어나 남한에 입국하여 거주하고 있는 북한이탈주님을 대상으로 수집되었으며, 남한생활 적응 정도, 신변보호제도의 경험, 신변보호제도의 적정성과 효과성에 대한 인식, 신변보호제도로 인한 인권침해 실태, 신변보호제도의 개선 요구사항 등을 주요 내용으로 포함하고 있다.
