Abstract
이 조사는 부산여성가족개발원이 부산지역 제조업 여성근로자의 근로환경을 파악할 수 있는 기초자료를 마련하기 위해 시행한 것이다.
이 자료는 여성종사자가 많은 상위 10개 산업에 속하는 업종 중 사업체 규모가 10인 이상인 부산지역 제조업체에 근무하고 있는 여성근로자에 대한 것으로, 근로조건, 일에 대한 만족도, 경력단절 경험과 이유, 남녀차별 인식, 일·생활균형의 적정성, 가족친화제도 인지, 취업경로 및 동기, 제조업 여성고용확대 필요정책 등의 내용으로 구성되어 있다.
