Abstract
이 조사는 경기도가족여성연구원이 경기도 다문화가정의 영유아 보육현황 및 지원요구사항에 관한 의견을 파악하고 이를 토대로 보육현장의 요구를 고려한 다문화 보육프로그램을 개발하며 그 보급방안에 대해 제시하고자 하는 목적으로 시행되었다. 조사대상은 경기도 소재 어린이집에서 만 2세 이상 다문화가정 영유아를 보육하는 보육교사이며, 다문화가정의 범위는 국제결혼가정 뿐 아니라 외국인 노동자가정까지 포함하였다.
조사내용은 다문화가정 영유아 현황, 다문화에 대한 보육교사 인식과 다문화 보육(교육) 프로그램 현황, 다문화가정 외국인 어머니와의 상호작용 현황, 다문화 영유아 지도 관련 교직원 교육현황 및 지원 요구사항, 일반적인 사항으로 구성되어 있다.
