Abstract
이 조사는 국가인권위원회가 최근 확산되고 있는 초단시간근로자 보호 방안 마련에 필요한 기초자료 수집의 일환으로 이들의 근로실태와 인권상황을 파악하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 주당 근로시간이 36시간 미만인 전국의 단시간근로자 2,150명을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 자료는 이 중 1,498명으로부터 수집되었다. 주요 조사내용은 근로계약과 근로조건, 부당노동 및 인권침해 경험, 노동조합 활동, 직무특성과 일에 대한 태도 등이다. 배경변수로는 성, 연령, 교육수준, 혼인상태, 가구형태, 총소득, 주소득원, 시간제근로 형태, 근무지역, 직종 등이 포함되어 있다.
