Abstract
이 조사는 국가인권위원회가 유통업 종사자들의 건강과 근로환경 실태를 파악하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 전국의 백화점과 대형할인점 및 면세점 직원들을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 자료는 노조 유무에 따라 유노조 사업장과 무노조 사업장을 대상으로 각각 수집되었다. 이 자료는 무노조 사업장 근로자들에 관한 것으로 설문지는 노동조건과 근무환경, 직장생활, 일과 삶의 균형, 직무특성, 건강과 안전 등에 관한 문항들로 구성되어 있다.
