Abstract
이 조사는 한국행정연구원이 국가적 차원에서 운영되고 있는 재난 및 안전 관리 시스템의 현황을 살펴보고 문제점을 진단하고자 중앙 및 지방 정부의 관련 업무 담당 공무원을 대상으로 실시한 것이다. 주요 조사내용은 재난관리의 제도적 및 구조적 문제점, 재난관리 총괄기관의 역량, 재난관리 매뉴얼과 교육훈련, 정보 전달 및 공유 체계, 재난관리 정보시스템과 정보흐름, 정부부처 간 협력체계, 중앙정부와 지방정부 간 협력체계 등이다.
