Abstract
이 조사는 충청남도여성정책개발원이 농업 분야의 성별분리통계를 산출하고 이를 기반으로 여성의 농업참여와 정책수혜 확대방안을 모색하기 위한 성별영향평가 연구의 일환으로 시행한 것이다. 조사는 충청남도 3농 혁신정책 담당공무원과 관련 전문가들을 대상으로 실시되었다. 주요 조사내용은 성인지 정책에 대한 이해도, 양성평등 교육경험, 사업 수행 시 성별영향평가 경험과 필요성, 성인지 정책의 추진기반 실태, 성별분리통계의 생산과 활용 실태 등이다.
