The Chungcheongnam-do Women & Policy Development Institute was established in 1999 with the aim of realizing gender equality in Chungnam and improving the quality of life of the citizens. Under the goals, it is working on policy research to realize gender equality and education to strengthen the participation/capacity of women in the region. The research project focuses on women, family, social welfare, and multiculturalism, and conducts research more than 30 tasks every year, including surveys on relevant facts and gender impact analysis.
