Abstract
이 조사는 정보통신정책연구원이 시청자들의 실시간 방송서비스 이용행태와 다시보기 방송서비스 이용행태를 비교분석하고자 시행한 것이다. 자료는 전국 만 13-69세의 시청자 1,000명으로부터 수집되었다. 주요 조사내용으로는 다시보기 방송서비스 지출비용과 지불형태, 실시간 및 다시보기 방송 시청행태(시청시간, 시청장르, 시청기기, 시청장소, 시청동반자, 시청시간대), 실시간 및 다시보기 방송 시청의 유용성과 편의성, 실시간 및 다시보기 방송 시청목적(정보추구, 환경감시, 대인관계, 오락적, 정서적, 습관적), 시청자행동(시청 전 행동, 시청 중 행동, 시청 후 행동) 등이 포함되어 있다.
