Abstract
이 조사는 정보통신정책연구원이 스마트폰을 포함한 스마트기기 사용자들의 통신서비스 및 기기 이용행태를 파악하고 이들의 기기 전환비용을 추정하고자 시행한 것이다. 자료는 전국 만 15-59세의 스마트폰 사용자 1,370명으로부터 수집되었다. 설문지는 스마트폰 이용행태, 스마트폰 변경행태, 태블릿PC 이용행태, 스마트폰 변경에 대한 태도, 단말기 자급제에 대한 인식 등의 문항들로 구성되어 있다.
