Abstract
이 조사는 서울시복지재단이 민간기부 기반의 복지서비스 사업인 서울디딤돌 사업의 성과를 분석하고 그 개선방안을 마련하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 동 사업의 이용자, 기부업체, 거점기관 및 담당공무원을 대상으로 각각 실시되었다. 이 자료는 디딤돌 사업 담당공무원들로부터 수집된 것으로 디딤돌 사업의 업무비중, 디딤돌 사업의 중요 업무, 디딤돌 사업의 효과, 추가 개발이 필요한 서비스, 디딤돌 사업 운영의 어려움, 디딤돌 사업 관계기관(거점기관, 지자체, 서울시복지재단)의 역할, 광역차원의 서비스 연계 필요성 등을 주요 내용으로 포함하고 있다.
