Abstract
이 조사는 경찰관의 조직에 대한 인식과 태도를 공정성과 조직몰입을 통해 살펴보고 이들 간의 인과적 관계를 분석하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 직무교육에 참가한 경찰관 350명을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 자료는 303사례가 수집되었다. 주요 조사내용으로는 조직공정성에 대한 인식, 역할갈등 및 역할모호성에 대한 인식, 직무동기에 대한 인식, 상사리더십에 대한 인식, 직무특성에 대한 인식, 조직몰입 등이 포함되어 있다.
