Abstract
이 조사는 성과상여금제에 대한 공무원의 인식과 수용태도를 살펴보고자 대구시 공무원을 사례집단으로 선정하여 시행한 것이다. 조사는 대구시 5급 이하 공무원 400명을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 자료는 357사례가 수집되었다. 주요 조사내용은 성과상여금제에 대한 이해도, 성과상여금제의 동기유발 효과, 성과평가의 절차적 공정성, 성과상여금제의 필요성, 성과상여금제에 대한 만족도, 성과상여금제에 대한 수용도 등이다.
