Abstract
이 조사는 국가인권위원회가 산업재해의 구조적 위험요인인 하청근로의 실태를 파악하고자 사내하청 노동자들을 대상으로 시행한 것이다. 자료는 하청근로 비율이 높은 조선, 철강, 건설·플랜트 업종의 사내하청 노동자들을 대상으로 각각 수집되었다. 이 자료는 철강업 하청 노동자들에 관한 것으로 그 설문지는 임금과 근로조건, 고용형태, 작업환경과 산업재해, 건강행태와 직업성질환 등에 관한 문항들로 구성되어 있다.
