Abstract
이 조사는 한국행정연구원이 중앙행정기관의 중장기 성과관리 체계구축 방안에 대한 공무원과 전문가들의 의견을 알아보고자 시행한 것이다. 자료는 중앙행정기관의 성과관리 및 정책사업 담당자와 학계의 정책 및 평가 전문가 149명으로부터 수집되었다. 주요 조사내용은 자체평가와 특정평가를 포함한 성과관리제도 운영성과, 기관단위정책 모니터링과 성과관리제도 강화필요성, 대형정책 모니터링과 성과관리제도 강화필요성, 중장기 성과관리제도 강화필요성, 대통령임기단위 성과관리제도 강화필요성, 기관단위 성과관리 강화방안, 기관단위 성과관리제도 운영의 장점과 문제점, 중장기 성과관리제도 운영의 장점과 문제점, 대통령임기단위 성과관리제도 운영의 장점과 문제점 등이다.
