Abstract
이 조사는 한국행정연구원이 지식재산 보호제도의 문제점을 개선하고자 민간기업의 지식재산 관리실태와 개선방안에 대한 의견을 살펴본 것이다. 자료는 지식재산권을 보유한 202개 사업체로부터 수집되었다. 주요 조사내용은 지식재산 보호교육 실태, 지식재산 관련 조직문화, 타사로부터의 지식재산 피해경험, 지식재산 관련 법률에 대한 의견, 특허 소송체계 개선방안에 대한 의견, 특허 전문 판사 및 변호사 제도 도입에 대한 의견, 지식재산 관련 행정기구 일원화 방안에 대한 의견, 지식산업 육성정책에 대한 의견, 정부의 해외소송 지원방안에 대한 의견, 특허심사 제고방안에 대한 의견 등이다.
