Abstract
이 조사는 국가인권위원회가 장애인거주시설 종사자들의 노동인권 상황을 파악하려는 목적 하에 이들의 근로실태를 살펴보고자 시행한 것이다. 자료는 전국 681개 장애인거주시설 종사자들로부터 수집되었다. 주요 조사내용은 근로조건, 업무환경, 업무량, 업무자율성, 직장 내 지지, 직무만족, 직무소진, 감정노동 강도, 이직의사, 성차별 경험, 학연 및 지연 차별 경험, 폭언 및 폭행 피해 경험, 성희롱 피해 경험, 성폭행 피해 경험 등이다.
