Abstract
이 조사는 대상유사성모델(target similarity model)에 기반하여 관료조직 구성원들의 조직시민행동과 그 영향요인들 간의 관계를 분석하고자 중앙 및 지방 공무원을 대상으로 시행한 것이다. 주요 조사내용은 정서적 유대감, 헌신, 공헌의욕, 지적 존경의 네 가지 차원으로 구성되는 리더와 구성원 교환관계, 조직정치지각, 자기효능감, 개인지향 조직시민행동, 조직지향 조직시민행동 등이다.
