Abstract
이 조사는 지방자치단체 간 방문객 유치경쟁이 치열해지고 있는 지역축제의 행사장 시설환경과 서비스 요인이 방문객 만족도와 행동의사에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 금산인삼축제를 사례로 하여 그 방문객을 대상으로 실시한 것이다. 주요 조사내용은 행사장 분위기 평가, 행사장 시설 청결성 및 편의성 평가, 행사장 디자인 평가, 진행요원 서비스 평가, 방문객 규모 및 행동 평가, 축제만족도, 축제 방문추천 및 재방문 의사 등이다.
