Abstract
이 조사는 연구기관의 기관평가 만족요인과 평가결과 활용요인을 기대불일치 이론의 관점에서 실증 분석하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 산업기술 분야 정부출연연구기관 종사자들을 대상으로 실시되었다. 주요 조사내용으로는 평가에 대한 기대수준, 평가방향의 적절성, 평가방법의 적절성, 평가결과의 신뢰성, 평가결과의 활용성 등이 포함되어 있다.
