Abstract
이 조사는 한국기업과 일본기업의 품질경영 실태를 비교하고 그 차이를 나타내게 하는 요인을 분석하고자 양국의 제조업체들을 대상으로 실시한 것이다. 자료는 전사적 품질경영을 시행하고 있는 한국과 일본의 76개 기업들로부터 수집되었다. 주요 조사내용으로는 품질계획 수준, 고객중시도, 품질개선도, 품질보증시스템 수준, 교육훈련 수준, 전사적 종업원참여도, 품질경영 추진조직, 품질경영활동 추진기간, 창의성 활동건수 등이 포함되어 있다.
