Abstract
이 조사는 전자정부정책의 일환으로 도입된 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)의 성과와 그 영향요인을 분석하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 NEIS의 주 사용자인 전국의 초·중·고등학교 교사 2,004명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 주요 조사내용은 NEIS 사용자역량, NEIS 정보보호수준, NEIS 사용편의성, NEIS 시스템품질, NEIS 사용 후 업무절차와 의사결정과정 변화, NEIS 사용 후 생산성 변화, NEIS 사용 후 의사소통과 신뢰 변화 등이다.
